Spectrum Analyser (1/1 and 1/3 octave bands)

The TangoPlus sound level meter is a low cost meter with a 1/1 and 1/3 octave analyser which is suitable for workplace and environmental noise assessments. The TangoPlus sound level meter is very easy to use and has high functionality, as well as a measurement range of 110 dB.

Tango Plus has a very low power consumption. Two AA batteries provide 40 hours of operation time.

The sound level meter can be supplied as either Class 1 or Class 2 with 1/1 octave band analysis according to IEC 61672.

Operating TangoPLUS with a computer and USB interface

The TangoPlus sound level meter may also beconnected to a computer and operated via the USB interface. In this mode the PC will display the measured values and supply the device with power via the interface. For power supply from 230V mains power outlets a USB wall power supply is included in the delivery.

The Tango-Utilities software enables operation and configuration via PC as well as data transfer. A separate window is provided on the computer screen for easy parameter set-up and transfer of stored values.

Software

Tango-Utilities (included with each meter)
The Tango-Utilities software when combined with a USB interface enables the ability to retrieve and store the measurement data stored on the instrument in csv or similar format.

The meter can also be configured when connected to the PC and stored in the meter for field use.
