Whole Body Vibration in Mobile Equipment
Description
Model VC431 Vibrometer + tri-axial seat pad accelerometer by CESVA Instruments
The VC431 is a triaxial vibrometer (in accordance with the regulation ISO 804) and is an ideal instrument for field vibration measurements to assess risks arising from the exposure of workers to mechanical vibration on mobile equipment.
The VC431 vibrometer has a user-friendly display which simultaneously displays vibration levels in three axes and displays all relevant parameters for whole body vibration (WBV) exposure assessment of operators.
The hand-held instrument is ideally suited to the field assessment of whole body vibration (WBV) levels in mobile equipment cabins due to it’s ease of use, compact size and low weight.
The vibrometer has high storage capacity and saves the time history of all measurements. The vibrometer has USB connectivity and power.
The tri-axial accelerometer (AC033) is fitted within a rubber seatpad upon which the operator of the mobile equipment is seated, or may be strapped to the seat if more convenient or comfortable for the operator.
